McCain hits Obama on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac

    Uh-huh. John McCain who was an active participant in the Keatings Savings and Loan scandal almost twenty years ago, and who now has Phil Graham, the author of the bill that allows banks to sell the types of complex, sub-prime mortgages that got into us into this mess, as his adviser is trying to pin this on Obama in some weird way.

    "Oh, hey, that Freddie Mac guy helped Obama select his vice-president! Therefore Obama is the cause of our current financial crisis."

    I like these ads. Run more of them. I think they'll prove wildly ineffective.
