    Show me the full clip when he gets back on track. Yeah, those aren't great moments, but we all lose our train of thought sometimes. Let me see the full context to see if he gets it back together. Those clips are both mysteriously short. My guess is that shortly after the of those clips, Obama gets back on track and makes his point, which is why they cut out when they do.
